• Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner
• Minimize heat styling; always use a heat protectant
• Store properly when not in use

4. Can I style the hair with heat?

Yes. Our hair can be straightened, curled, or blow-dried while maintaining its integrity.

5. Does it shed or tangle?

Minimal shedding is normal. With proper care, tangling and shedding are significantly reduced.

6. Do you offer custom textures or styles?

Yes. Contact us to create a bespoke look tailored to your preferences.

7. Shipping information:

• Hair: ships once payment is processed, 2–3 days
• Ready-to-ship wigs: 2–3 days
• Custom orders: 1–2 weeks to ship
